In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the apk51 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the conditions set out in this clause.

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from apk51 or had an account closed by apk51 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of apk51 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to mask your true location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

apk51 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the apk51 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must keep this information updated at all times. apk51 is not liable for any loss or delay arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been performed by you, regardless of whether you authorised it. You must notify apk51 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

apk51 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to suspend or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the registration information is false, misleading, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

All financial transactions on the apk51 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals, and no foreign exchange fees are charged by apk51 on transactions processed through supported Indonesian payment channels.

Supported Deposit Methods: apk51 currently accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, and the following e-wallet services: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your Account in real time in most cases. apk51 is not responsible for delays attributable to your bank or payment provider's internal processing times, system maintenance windows, or public holidays.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your Account. apk51 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for deposit. Fully KYC-verified accounts are eligible for same-business-day IDR withdrawals during standard processing hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000 (subject to change at apk51's discretion with reasonable prior notice).
• Maximum daily withdrawal amount per account: as specified on the withdrawal page and subject to VIP tier limits.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review.
• apk51 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal above standard threshold amounts.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

apk51 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, seasonal IDR promotions (tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day), and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this clause as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game categories are stated on each individual promotion page. Wagers placed on certain games (as specified in the promotion terms) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying wagering requirements.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• apk51 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited, the terms in effect at the time of credit apply.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting strategies using bonus funds, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• apk51 reserves the right to impose maximum win caps on specific bonus offers. Any such cap will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• If you have an active bonus balance, you may be required to satisfy the wagering requirement before making a withdrawal request. Alternatively, you may forfeit the bonus balance to proceed with the withdrawal of your real-money funds — contact support for assistance.

All games available on the apk51 platform are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective software providers, which include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Pocket Games Soft, Play'n GO, and Spribe, among others. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent permitted by the game provider's licence.

• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the apk51 platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Collusion between players — including in live dealer games — is prohibited. Any suspected collusion will be investigated and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

apk51 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If at any point your gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available directly within your account settings.

The following tools are available to all registered apk51 players at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the next period begins.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications reminding you how long you have been playing. You may also set a hard session time limit after which your session will automatically end.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the apk51 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the apk51 platform without prior written consent from apk51.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the apk51 platform.
• Use any apk51 trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or association with apk51 without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the apk51 website on any other website or platform without apk51's prior written consent.

Game content provided through third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk51 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the apk51 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Any interruption to gaming services due to scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or corruption of account data arising from circumstances beyond apk51's reasonable control.
• Errors or delays in live sports data feeds affecting the settlement of sportsbook bets, where the error originated with a third-party data provider.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

In all cases where apk51 is found to be liable, apk51's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your apk51 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

The apk51 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. apk51 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services.

apk51 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by apk51 — including your name, date of birth, contact details, financial transaction records, and gaming activity history — is used for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and the delivery of personalised gaming and promotional content.

apk51 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers acting under apk51's instruction (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) and regulatory bodies where disclosure is required by law.

All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any active Bonus Funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

apk51 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment instruments, identity fraud, or collusion.
• Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, arbitrage betting using promotional funds, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intent.
• Failure to pass mandatory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been issued.
• A court order or regulatory directive requiring suspension or closure.
• Concerns that the player may be a minor or does not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.

Where an account is closed by apk51 due to a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, apk51 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained fraudulently or in breach of these terms, they may be forfeited entirely.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk51 holds its international gaming licence. apk51 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of its licensing authority.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the apk51 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with apk51's customer support team. apk51 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial notification, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as specified by apk51 at the time the dispute is escalated. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

apk51 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the apk51 platform, unless a later effective date is specified. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, apk51 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the apk51 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact customer support to arrange account closure.
